2. What Modrim provides

Modrim is a reference library of UI patterns and React + Tailwind components for educational and development purposes.

3. Intellectual property

• Modrim's code, design, and content are owned by Modrim
• UI patterns are original recreations inspired by publicly available app interfaces — not copied from source
• You may use copied code in your own personal and commercial projects
• You may not resell Modrim's content as your own product or library

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Modrim for illegal purposes
• Attempt to scrape or bulk-download all patterns automatically
• Share your account access with others
• Misrepresent affiliation with Modrim

5. Disclaimer

Modrim is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee patterns are suitable for every use case. Use your own judgment when implementing code in production.

6. Limitation of liability

Modrim is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or the code patterns provided.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
